It's similar to Destiny 2 is as shit as people make it to be. I perform both frequently and they both are enjoyable. They are games that perform. I play PSO2 because the customizations are great and the action never gets old. I play Destiny 2 because the shooting gets old, too, PvP that's actually enjoyable. GrantedI do not even play PSO2 a lot anymore or Destiny 2 anymore due to time and whatnot but I used to play D2 religiously and never even touched PSO2 for a long time and the exact same goes in reverse. I played for thousands of hours and I think that it's still enjoyable with.
Additionally, I played and appreciated it for a longlong time, however their existing model is bullshit. You are addicted which is the reason why you will shield the bullshit, however no getting away from the fact it is a mess and since Bungie broke away from Activision it's got WORSE when most of us expected it to get better. You can buy more at the eververse than you can get from Phantasy Star Online 2. But as I said, you are hooked, which means you will downvote me and defend this, and a year ago I was doing exactly the same, so that I dont blame you.
Oh I am pretty sure in PSO2 you are able to buy all of the cosmetics you want from the shop without having to undergo the gacha bullshit, or you will find cosmetics which you can make for free that is worthwhile. Then, nothing was said by me. I think the shooting is fun. That's all. I don't give a shit. Did I defend the current model? Can I mention it was good? All I said the shooting is great. That's all. Apparently having fun with a match means I have to defend everything the business does now. For the record, I did not downvote you. I am not that petty to downvote people like this.
I felt exactly the exact same way. The only other game that gave me the beats were PSU, Dungeon Fighter Online and Diablo 2. Played PSO on Gamecube. I then got into Phantasy Star Universe and played that on 360 until the servers got shut down. A year later, the original Dungeon Fighter servers ran by Nexon were shut down. I haven't found a match. I will be on Borderlands 3 and Pokemon Shield in between time but these days are gont move slow till then.Upvote for BL3. The PSO2 Beta came at the best/worst time for me personally. I have burnt out to the Maliwan Takedown after getting everything that I need, along with the Beta stuffed a long dormant void in me lol. Now it's been ripped off (mostly) and that I can't go back to BL3. RIP till the Open Beta!
That's exciting! My hype died over the years but it's being revived reading those comments! I believe you, I've been excited about Phantasy Star Online 2 existing in general for years but rather just found out we are getting it lol. I didn't find the announcement at E3. This is a really exciting time to be a pso fan, however, and just like the old games, PSO2 scratches that itch that only a suitable pso match can. I have found nothing that comes close to scratching that itch with.
