SOUTHAMPTON, England -- Southampton has signed Fraser Forster from Scottish champion Celtic for a reported fee of 10 million pounds ($17 million). Southampton says on its Twitter page that Forster has agreed a four-year deal with the club. He will compete with Artur Boruc to be Southamptons first-choice goalkeeper in the Premier League this season.
