Riot Gamess League of Legends is hosting its fourth annual All-Star Event December 8-11 in Barcelona, Spain. The event features five fan-voted all-stars from each of the five major regions (China, Europe, South Korea, North America and Taiwan/Hong Kong/Macau) plus another team of five representing the rest of the world (International Wildcard region).
