The colors on the upper and stars on the tongue nod to the Chicago flag. will be celebrating 2020 NBA All-Star Weekend in Chicago with another “Coming to America” offering of Giannis Antetokounmpo’s Zoom Freak 1.It features a mostly Black upper detailed with identical tartan graphics on the tongues, reverse Swoosh logo and heels.Nike Zoom Freak 1 “Employee of the Month” is inspired by the uniform that Eddie Murphy wore while working at McDowell’s restaurant.A White midsole atop a Dark Blue rubber outsole completes the design. will be paying tribute to Michael Jordan’s Chicago Bulls’ 1996 championship with a commemorative Kyrie 6 for NBA All-Star Weekend in Chicago.Other details includes “06/16/96” text on the lower tongue of the right shoe and “06/19/16” on the left nodding to Irving’s only NBA Championship.Nike Kyrie 6 “Trophies” features a Red base paired with Gold and Black detailing throughout atop a speckled translucent outsole.Completing the design is a graphic inner lining pattern resembling the carpet that MJ laid on crying after winning his first NBA title after losing his father. |
